Galleries on Photogala are created by organizers and filled by them and their guests. For this content we are a hosting service provider (§ 16 ECG, Art. 6 DSA): we do not adopt it as our own and do not review it in advance.

Reporting illegal content: Tap “Report” on the photo or video, or write to [email protected] — with the link to the gallery or photo and a brief explanation. You can do this even if you do not have access to the gallery. We review every report and inform you of the outcome.

Consumer dispute resolution

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have questions or complaints, we will be glad to help you directly: [email protected].
