Which Screens Work?

  • Smart TV

    Open the wall in the TV's built-in browser. If that browser is sluggish, a laptop or a streaming stick with a full browser is the more reliable choice.

  • Projector via laptop

    The most common setup at weddings and in venues: connect a laptop via HDMI, open the wall in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, press F.

  • Laptop or monitor

    For the entrance, the bar or a reception desk — any screen with a modern browser works.

  • Tablet

    For small gatherings: a tablet on a stand becomes a photo frame that fills itself.

No buttons in the picture: F switches to full screen and Space pauses. A paused wall resumes on its own after 90 seconds, so it never stays frozen by accident.

The photo wall is a full-screen page of your event gallery, made for a TV, projector or big monitor. While your guests upload photos and videos to the gallery, the wall plays them — new uploads join right away, without anyone reloading the page.

It shows one photo at a time as a slideshow, or many at once as a collage. A QR code in the corner leads straight to the upload, so the wall is also the best advert for your gallery: people see the photos, scan the code and add their own.

You control the wall from your event settings: how it looks, which photos run (for example only one album, only answers to a photo task, or only photos with the bride and groom), and what is overlaid — captions, names, like counts, live celebrations. During a live quiz, the same screen becomes the quiz board.

Tips for Your Photo Wall

Put the screen where people look

Next to the buffet, the bar or the dance floor — not in a corner. The more people see the wall, the more they upload.

Keep the QR code on

It is the shortest path from "nice photo!" to "I'll add mine". Put printed QR cards on the tables as well.

Use blur fill on a landscape screen

Most guest photos are portrait. "Whole photo on blurred background" fills the screen without cropping heads.

Use a wired laptop if the Wi-Fi is weak

The wall needs a stable connection. A laptop on a cable or a mobile hotspot is more reliable than the TV's own Wi-Fi.

Test before the guests arrive

Open the wall preview from the settings, upload a test photo and check how it looks on the actual screen.

1Which screens work with the photo wall?
Any device with a modern browser: a laptop on a projector, a smart TV, a monitor or a tablet. On smart TVs with a weak built-in browser, a laptop or a streaming stick with a full browser runs more smoothly.
2How quickly do new photos appear?
As soon as a photo has been processed after upload, it is pushed to every open wall — without reloading. If you moderate, it appears after your approval. With "show new photos first" it jumps the queue.
3Can I choose which photos run on the wall?
Yes. The wall has its own selection: by album, by photo task, by person (with face recognition), by number of likes, by upload time window, by media type and by uploader. The filters can be combined, and the settings show how many photos currently qualify.
4What is the difference between slideshow and collage?
The slideshow shows one photo at a time in full screen, optionally with a slow zoom. The collage shows many photos at once in one of five styles: uniform, polaroid, featured, justified rows or vintage.
5Can inappropriate photos end up on the wall?
Photos that are waiting for approval or were held back by the automatic content filter are never shown on the wall. If you want full control, turn on moderation — then only photos you approved appear.
6Can I run a quiz on the wall?
Yes. When you start a live quiz, the photo wall shows the questions, the countdown and the ranking, and guests answer on their phones. After the quiz, the wall goes back to the photos.
7Which plan includes the photo wall?
The photo wall is included from the Plus plan. Your own logo on the wall is part of Deluxe. The free Starter plan does not include the photo wall.
8How do I set up the photo wall?
In your event settings, open the "Photo Wall Settings" tab, choose slideshow or collage and, if you like, filters and overlays. Then open the photo wall in the browser of the screen and press F for full screen.
