On top come planning tools such as invitations, guest list and seating plan, plus a photo wall, live quiz and photo tasks for the party itself.

You create an event and instantly get a QR code and a link. You share it on the invitation, on table cards or on the big screen, and your guests upload with a single scan. Everything lands in one gallery that you manage, share and download at the end.

An event takes a few minutes to set up: enter a name, pick a look, share the QR code. You don’t need any technical or design skills. Albums, photo tasks or the seating plan can be added any time later.

Weddings, birthdays, company parties, club events, class reunions, trips and any other event where lots of people take photos. For typical occasions there are ready-made task templates and sample galleries to look at.

Yes, in two ways: you can browse the sample galleries without signing up, and you can create a real event with the free Starter plan. Upgrading to a paid plan later is possible at any time without losing anything.

Gallery, admin area and planning tools are available in German, English, Spanish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Dutch, Polish and Turkish. From Premium you can also show your event in several languages, with translated titles, texts and tasks for international guests.

Not through a regular plan: your own domain and branding are available for partners and resellers, such as planners or venues, on request. For your own event you adjust the cover image, layout and QR code design right in the gallery.

With Starter you collect up to 50 photos in a gallery with albums and likes, no payment details required. You can use all planning tools for planning, and the live quiz is included too. The storage period is 91 days and only starts with the first photo. Videos, the photo wall and the ZIP download come with Plus.

Plus adds the photo wall, videos (up to 25) and the ZIP download. Premium adds photo tasks with points and a leaderboard, comments, approval before publishing, live upload from a camera or photo booth and unlimited videos. Deluxe tops it off with face search, the GPS photo map, the AI content filter, real prizes and photo wall slides.

One-off per event – no subscription needed. Your plan covers its full storage period with no recurring charges. If you want to keep the gallery longer, extend it by 12 months, again as a one-off payment. If you like, this can also happen automatically every year, and you can stop it any time. Once no new photos are coming in, the lower-priced archive keeps the gallery online for viewing and downloading.

No. Plans are one-time payments without a subscription, so nothing renews by itself. A yearly payment is only taken if you choose automatic renewal when extending; you can stop it any time and keep the time you have paid for. Not at purchase but with the first photos: on paid plans with the 10th uploaded photo, on the free Starter plan with the first. From then on it runs for 6 months (Plus), 1 year (Premium) or 2 years (Deluxe). Planning beforehand, such as the invitation or seating plan, uses up no time.

Yes, any time, even in the middle of the event. The upgrade applies immediately and the unused share of your previous plan is credited. If the storage period is already running, it restarts with the upgrade, with the full duration of the new plan. Moving to a smaller plan happens at the end of the term, with no refund and without deleting any photos.

Every party produces lots of photos, but most of them stay on the guests’ phones. Photogala gathers them in one place while the event is still going and adds your guests’ view to your photographer’s pictures. Whether it’s worth it for you, you can test with the free Starter plan.

Digital invitation with RSVPs, guest list, seating plan, menu, schedule, budget planner, music requests, event info, custom pages and thank-you page, all connected to the same guest list. You can plan with them on every plan, including the free one and with no time limit. Costs only apply to delivering, such as the full invitation, exports or personal RSVP links, and how many guests that covers depends on the plan.

You design an invitation page with schedule, venue and dress code and share it by link or QR code. Guests accept or decline on their phone, including plus-ones, menu choice and your own questions, and every answer appears in your guest list right away. The save-the-date version is always free; you publish the full invitation from Plus.

Yes. You arrange tables by drag and drop and seat guests by hand or automatically according to their wishes. Guests find their seat with a scan, and you export the plan as a PDF to hang up or as a table list for the catering staff. Seat finder and export are included up to the guest count of your plan.

With the menu, schedule, event info and custom pages: guests see dishes with allergy notes, the current programme item, directions, dress code and accommodation tips right in the gallery. Changes are visible to everyone immediately, and the menu card and schedule are also available as PDFs.

Yes. Guests request songs via QR code, and you see all requests collected in one list, live and newest first. What gets played is still up to the DJ. Music requests are included in every plan.

Yes, from the Plus plan. Print templates for place cards, table numbers, menu cards and QR posters are filled automatically with names, tables and menu choices from your guest list. In the Design Studio you create your own layouts freely and export them as print-ready PDFs.

The photo wall shows new guest photos on a TV or projector seconds after they are uploaded, as a slideshow or collage and with a QR code to join in. Filters decide which photos run, and with approval switched on only what you have confirmed appears. It runs in the browser and is included from the Plus plan.

Yes, on the Deluxe plan. You create slides with an image, video, text or QR code, for example a welcome, programme notes or a thank-you to sponsors, and the wall shows them full screen between the photos. You decide how often a slide runs, and a report shows how often it was on screen.

A quiz for the whole room: the question is on the big screen, guests join via QR code without an app or PIN and answer on their phones, and the leaderboard updates live. There are multiple-choice, true/false and estimate questions, polls and an optional table ranking. The quiz is included in every plan; how many people can play depends on the plan.

Photo tasks give guests small assignments like “A photo with the oldest guest”, with points, unlock times and more than 100 templates. Guests complete them on their phones, and you can also print the tasks as cards for the tables. Photo tasks are included from the Premium plan.

Yes. From Premium, guests collect points for uploads, completed tasks and likes, see a live leaderboard and unlock achievements. On the Deluxe plan you can also hand out real prizes such as a voucher, which guests redeem with a code at the counter.

Yes, from the Premium plan. Cameras and photo booths with FTP or WebDAV send their pictures directly into the gallery and onto the photo wall while the party is still going. Each device gets its own login details, which you can block at any time.

Photogala combines three things that usually live in separate apps: collecting photos via QR code without an app, planning from the invitation to the seating plan, and party highlights such as the photo wall, live quiz and photo tasks. Everything hangs off one event and one QR code.

Yes, from the Plus plan: up to 25 videos per event there, unlimited from Premium. Every clip is converted automatically into a browser-friendly format and plays right in the gallery, while the original is kept for download. On the free Starter plan only photos are possible.

Yes, on every plan. Motion Photos from Android as well as animated GIF, WebP and APNG files are detected on upload and play in the full view. Live Photos from an iPhone arrive through the browser as a still image.

Guests take a selfie and instantly see every photo in the gallery they appear in, group photos included. Recognition runs on our own servers in the EU, searching is voluntary and the selfie can be deleted at any time. Face search is included in the Deluxe plan and can be switched off per event.

Yes, on the Deluxe plan. Photos with location data from the camera land automatically on an interactive map, handy for trips or celebrations in several places. Photos without a location simply stay in the gallery as usual.

Yes. Cover image, dark mode, two gallery layouts and the QR code design are available on every plan. From Premium you get more colours, six more layouts, all header styles and your own branding, and on Deluxe also your logo on the photo wall.

Yes, if you want: on every plan you choose per event whether photos are uploaded untouched in original quality or downsized and therefore faster. For display the server also creates smaller versions; the stored original stays untouched.

No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera, the gallery opens in the browser and they can upload right away. They don’t need an account for that.

Scan the QR code or open the link, pick photos, upload, several at once if they like. It works on iPhone and Android in any current browser. You’ll find the QR code in the admin area under “Share” and can print it on table cards, posters or the invitation.

What helps most is a clearly visible QR code in several places, for example on the tables and on the photo wall. Photo tasks, the live quiz and a leaderboard give guests an extra reason to reach for their phones. And on the photo wall everyone sees straight away that it works.

No, the two complement each other. Your photographer delivers the planned shots, your guests the spontaneous moments from their point of view, often exactly where nobody with a camera is standing. With live upload (from Premium) the photographer’s pictures can flow straight into the same gallery.

With shared albums guests usually need an account or an app, and many only upload days later. Photogala opens in the browser via QR code and brings things built for events: the photo wall, approval, photo tasks, planning tools and a ZIP download at the end.

Any number of guests can view your gallery, on every plan. What is limited is how many guests upload themselves: 15, 75, 250 or 500 depending on the plan. For the planning tools the plan also sets how many guests receive RSVP links, the seat finder and exports.

Yes. Only people with your QR code or link can get in, and if you like you can add a password on top. From Premium you can also assign roles such as moderator, so others can help without seeing everything.

Yes. Photogala is based in Austria, and your photos are stored encrypted on servers in the EU. We never use them for advertising and never pass them on to third parties; they are deleted when the storage period ends. Everything else is in our privacy policy.

From Premium you can switch on approval: uploads then only appear in the gallery and on the photo wall once you have confirmed them. On the Deluxe plan an AI filter also holds back nude images automatically, with four sensitivity levels. You can remove individual photos at any time.

Yes, from the Plus plan with one click as a ZIP, with all photos and videos in original quality. Sorted by album, photo task or uploader if you like; large galleries come in parts of about 1 GB. The bulk download is not included in the free Starter plan.

For the storage period of your plan: 91 days on Starter, 6 months on Plus, 1 year on Premium and 2 years on Deluxe, each counted from the first photos. Before it ends you can extend the gallery by 12 months (paid plans) or move it to the lower-priced archive. If you do nothing, it goes offline, for guests and for you. For 30 days you can bring it back yourself with a new term; after that support can still help, up to 90 days after expiry. Still, download your photos in good time.

Yes. Before, during and after the party the statistics show RSVPs, contributions, active guests and the most popular moments, with an Excel or CSV export if you need it. After the celebration a recap sums up the key numbers and highlights on a shareable card. Both are included in every plan.

Yes, with the thank-you page: a personal message and a photo that appear via the same link your guests already know. You don’t need addresses or postage. The thank-you page is included in every plan.
