Is the seating plan really free?
Up to 20 guests, completely. Planning is never capped: add guests, place tables, auto-seat and change everything — however many there are. From guest 21 only the delivery needs a plan: your guests' seat search, the PDF and poster print, and the personal invite links. The photo gallery for the big day is part of every plan. Every other tool — menu card, schedule, guest list, song requests — stays free.
Do our guests need to install an app?
No. The seating plan opens right in the browser: scan the QR code with the phone camera, type your name, see your seat — no download, no account.
How do guests find their seat?
Through the name search: they tap "Find seat", enter their name, and the plan zooms straight to their highlighted seat — with table name and seat number.
Can we still change the plan after sharing it?
Anytime. Move guests or whole tables with drag & drop and the change is instantly visible to everyone — even on the morning of the wedding.
Does the plan support round tables, a dance floor and a buffet?
Yes. Round, rectangular and oval tables in any size, plus dance floor, stage, bar, buffet, photo booth and many more elements — your venue, exactly as it is.
Can we print the seating plan too?
Yes. The plan exports print-ready as a PDF or poster — in the same illustrated style as on the phone. Many couples still just place a QR code sign at the entrance.
What happens to our guest list?
It's yours. The data is stored encrypted on EU servers, only reachable via your private link, and can be permanently deleted at any time — EU GDPR compliant.
Does this also work for birthdays or corporate events?
