Eleven event tools in one account; seating, RSVP, menu and budget all read the same guest list. This page sorts them by the moment you actually need them and links to the page that explains each one in detail. Planning costs nothing — you only pay for delivery.

Most couples plan with whatever is already at hand: a spreadsheet for the guests, a document for the running order, a PDF for the seating chart, a group chat for everything else. It carries you surprisingly far — until something changes.
If all you want tonight is a list to tick off, a purchased template is faster: open the file, tick the boxes, done. Photogala has no task or checklist feature for you as a couple — the eleven tools manage your event, not your to-dos. Then there is the start: here you create an event first, before the first line exists, and that only pays off once several tools are meant to share the same guests. And “free” applies to planning, not to delivery: from guest 21 on, the free plan ends the guest seat search, the seating export including place cards and table numbers, the personal RSVP links, the public full invitation and the guest list export. You can keep building everything; publishing, printing and exporting start at Plus.
Each section shows a real screen recording from the product and points to the page that explains that tool in detail. Menu, budget and print templates pull their data from the same guest list; song requests, thank-you page and info pages run inside the same event.
In the video the invitation opens on a phone and reveals your names, the date and the countdown. This month you only have to decide two things: the date and the design. As a save-the-date this mode is included in every plan; the full invitation with venues, dress code and programme goes public from Plus. Which 27 designs you can choose from, and how the editor behind them works, is covered on the invitation page.
In the video a guest answers the invitation on their phone: type in the name, accept, add a plus-one, pick a course, leave a dietary note — done, with no account and no app. Every answer lands as a field in the guest list instead of in a form inbox. Personal per-guest links exist as well; handing them out is up to you.
In the video the list scrolls past on a laptop: name, group, reply status, plus-one, meal choice — plus your own columns, such as “room booked”, “childcare” or “thank-you card sent”. Five column types are available: text, number, select, checkbox, date. This list is the foundation of every other tool and stays with the hosts — guests never get to see it. How the import from an existing Excel file works is covered on the guest list page.
In the video a guest is dragged from the name list onto an empty chair on a laptop. Drop someone onto a taken seat and the two swap places. Tables can be moved, rotated and set up in five shapes, with stage, bar and dance floor added as floor objects. The seats themselves are fixed to the table shape — you move tables, not individual chairs.
In the video a guest scrolls through the day on their phone: reception drinks, dinner, first dance — each with time, duration and the person responsible. On the day itself a marker additionally shows where things currently stand. Several schedules get their own tabs, for example “ceremony” and “party”. What guests actually see of it on the day — and what the schedule deliberately cannot do — is covered on the day timeline page.
In the video the gallery scrolls through the evening's photos on a phone — uploaded by the guests via QR code, with no app and no account. Only that first photo starts the storage clock; everything before it is pure planning and costs no runtime. The free plan includes 50 photos, 15 uploaders and 91 days; videos start at Plus.
