A photo from a phone is the same everywhere. Video is not: iPhones produce different material from Android devices, frame rates vary, and the file is twenty times the size. Simply storing what arrives gives you clips that won't play on half the devices.

1How long can videos be?
A single clip can be up to 10 GB. Each event also has a limit on the number — 25 videos from Plus, unlimited from Premium — and a storage limit of 1 GB per participant for all content combined. The free Starter plan does not include videos.
2Which formats are supported?
Everything common phones record. Conversion to browser-friendly formats happens automatically.
3Do guests need an app to watch?
No. Clips play directly in the browser, on phones and computers alike.
4Is the original quality kept?
Yes. Additional versions are created for playback while the original stays available for download.
5Can I moderate videos?
Yes, they go through the same approval as photos and can be reported and deleted the same way.
6Why does a video take a moment to appear?
Because it is being converted in the background. For longer clips that takes a few minutes.
7Are videos included in the full download?
Yes, they come with the photos in the archive.
8Do videos count against my storage?
Yes. Your event's storage depends on the plan — 1 GB per participant, so 75 GB on the Plus plan — and videos take up much more of it than photos. On top of that comes the video count: 25 on the Plus plan, unlimited from Premium.
