1Can I disable social features for my event?
Yes. You can enable or disable likes, comments, and sharing independently in your event settings. This gives you full control over the level of interaction.
2Do guests need an account to like or comment?
Guests need a free guest account (just a name and optional email) to interact. This prevents anonymous spam and lets @mentions work properly.
3Can I moderate comments?
Yes. Organizers and moderators can delete any comment, and guests can delete their own. There is no pre-approval for comments — but you can switch comments off entirely at any time.
4Which plans include social features?
Likes are on every plan. Comments, replies, @mentions and the share button come with the Premium plan and above.
5Do guests get notifications for likes and mentions?
Yes. Guests receive real-time notifications when someone likes their photo, comments on it, or @mentions them. Notifications appear in the gallery and can also be viewed in a notification history.
6Can social features work with the photo wall?
Yes. If you like, the photo wall (from Plus) can show only photos above a set number of likes and display the like count.
7Is there a limit to comments per photo?
No. There is no limit to comments, replies, or likes per photo. The threaded reply system keeps long comment threads organized and readable.
8Can guests share photos outside the gallery?
Yes, from the Premium plan. The share button creates a direct link to the photo that guests can pass on in any app.
