I can't upload or comment
If you currently can’t upload photos or write comments, it’s usually not a bug and is quickly explained. In the vast majority of cases, one of these two reasons is behind it.
Possible reasons
Section titled “Possible reasons”- Your activity has been temporarily restricted. The host can restrict individual guests for a while – for example from uploading or commenting. This is often only meant to be temporary.
- The feature is turned off for the event. Some events don’t allow comments or guest uploads, for example. In that case it’s not about you.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Wait a little. If the restriction was only temporary, it often starts working again on its own after a short while.
- Check with the host. They can tell you whether the feature was deliberately disabled or whether it was a misunderstanding – and lift the restriction again if needed.
