My photo isn't showing up

You uploaded a photo, but it isn’t appearing in the gallery? That’s usually completely normal, and there are typically one of three reasons for it.

It’s waiting for approval

Many events use an approval queue. In that case, your photos only become visible once the host has reviewed and approved them.

  • This can take a few minutes or longer, depending on when the host checks new contributions.
  • Your photo isn’t lost – it’s safely in the queue and appears automatically once approved.

The content filter held it back

To protect everyone attending, an automatic content filter may be active. It holds back photos that might not fit the event so the host can review them.

  • If it’s a harmless photo, just let the host know – they can approve it.

It’s in the recycle bin

If the photo was deleted by accident, you’ll find it again in the recycle bin.
